Advisor
£250 per month
Up to 2.5 hours per month of dedicated support, which includes; support for all HR processes including Performance Management, Absence Management, Disciplinary and Grievance Processes. We will attend virtual meetings to ensure first class delivery and support. For more complex process work an hourly rate can be agreed
Business Partner
£500 per month
Up to 5 hours per month of dedicated support for all HR processes which are including in the gold subscription. In addition, we will provide support for employee engagement activities, audit of existing documentation and processes. We will also attend meetings virtually or person where necessary (subject to expenses).
You will get access to a suite of supportive documentation such as employment contracts, staff handbooks and much more.
Additional hours can be at an agreed hourly rate.
Executive
£1000 per month
Our top level of support, your very own HR Director, giving you all the benefits of Advisor and Business Partner subscriptions but with added strategic level influence. Your dedicated, Chartered CIPD, HR professional will be available to you to provide support and advice on strategy and planning. We can attend meetings both virtually and in person (subject to expenses).
Our executive subscription gives you peace of mind for up to 10 hours per month. Additional hours can be agreed at an hourly rate.
